Bearing in mind Property management generates a fixed monthly income and adds value to your business. Courtico supports those agents that wish to pool together their resources while work independently from home or a small offices without having a huge financial burden from a franchise obligations, or independent setup that needs vast backup facilities. It is for those agents that wish to pool together a corporate image and benefit from their collective resources and have the support tools required to be competitive in the market. An agent wishes is to pay a minimum monthly charge towards this pool of resources, And thereafter to contribute once turnover is realized by a percentage contribution.
An agent wishes to build their own business and add value to it over time, thus allowing himself the benefit to sell the business one day.

Tool 3 -3% advertising contribution on sales is used as follows
Advertising via television, cinema, bill boards and paying internet sites once the relative financial budgets have been realized. For example enough money is raised the advertising contribution.
Internet advertising: - Advertising via Courtico network and free partner sites in your country. For details refer to your country details which may be found on the relative Courtico site. The cost of these sites and the management of placing ads is not covered by the 3% advertising contribution, this is covered by the % allocated towards Courtico management fees contribution from your commission.
Tool 4 - Personnel resources - Resources and tools covered by the monthly fee and the % contribution from the commission earned.
*Technical staff – developers and IT engineers to maintain Courtico servers and IT support tools such as Courtico.com and Tellpe direct including technical needs off each agent.
*Support staff and call centre staff.
